I was asked to make Strawberry Cupcakes for a recent order and loved the recipe that I found!
The cupcake consists of a white cake mixed with strawberry jello and fresh chopped strawberries.
The frosting is a decorating icing and was so easy to use. I added shortening to the frosting mix to help it keeps its shape and a hint of pink food coloring.
The cupcake theme was focused on pink and princesses, so I added some pink pearls and some lovely crowns to top it all off!
